Shipping policy
- We currently ship to all around Europe, the US and Canada through our website. If you wish to get your order elsewhere, contact us by email and we'll try to accommodate you.

We process orders within a few business days. If we don’t have your preferred colour in stock, processing might be a little longer as we'll be making you a fresh batch of products.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for order confirmation.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at giggelihelsinki@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it is shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you to re-submit your order.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost packages due to carrier errors.
